Jodie Marsh responds to claims her new tattoo resembles Leeds United favourite Chris Kamara

Football fans are often very quick to jump on mistakes - and former model Jodie Marsh is the latest to fall foul of eagle-eyed supporters from across the country.

The 40-year-old pin-up recently displayed her new tattoo of Queen frontman Freddie Mercury on her social media channels following a lengthy session getting inked at a new studio in Warwick.

As reported by The Mirror, the bodybuilder showed off her latest tattoo on Twitter along with the caption: "My new tattoo!!!! Done by Georgia at Black Orchid Tattoo Studio in Warwick.

"It’s Freddie!!!! It’s my favourite photo of him from Live Aid!!!!"

However, it didn't take long for football fans to point out a few flaws with her new artwork.

The trolling began after one guy commented “Why have you got Chris Kamara?” and dozens of fans followed suit saying they also thought it was the Sky Sports analyst and former Leeds United midfielder.

Other suggestions of who the tattoo could actually be of included cartoon character Nigel Thornberry, Borat, Carlton from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, the lovechild of Chris Kamara and Jeremy Beadle, Lionel Ritchie and Barack Obama.

However, Marsh has responded to the scores of comments by taking the video off her Instagram account and accusing some people of 'bullying' both her and the artist, who Marsh describes as 'a good tattooist'.

Marsh said: "This hate campaign is turning into actual bullying and it's not on. No one deserves this level of hatred so please don't be a bully.

"Ok we all now know that my tattoo isn't the best but allow me to say a few words if you will.

'It was only when I really studied him that I truly saw the extent of what he looked like'

"I didn't look at is closely enough to see the faults... It was only when I really studied him & chatted to friends that I truly saw the extent of what he looked like.

"We've all had a good laugh now. And to be honest some of your comments & photos have made me laugh out loud at a time when I wanted to cry."
