Jodie Comer spotted filming bleak Killing Eve scenes in UK

Jodie Comer has been spotted filming the final series of Killing Eve.

Production of the fourth season began earlier this summer, with filming taking place in the UK and across Europe.

But things look bleak for Villanelle as an unknown woman handed her a pack of tablets in one scene.

After taking the tablets, Jodie looked downcast, holding her head in her hands.

Her mood was reflected in her clothing, as Jodie could be seen wearing a baggy shirt and pyjama bottoms - a contrast from her usually polished look.

Speaking prior to filming, Jodie: "Killing Eve has been the most extraordinary journey and one that I will be forever grateful for.

"Thank you to all the fans who’ve supported us throughout and come along for the ride.

"Although all good things come to an end, it’s not over yet. We aim to make this one to remember."

Sandra added: "Killing Eve has been one of my greatest experiences and I look forward to diving back into Eve’s remarkable mind soon.

"I’m so grateful for all cast and crew who have brought our story to life and to the fans who have joined us and will be back for our exciting and unpredictable fourth and final season."

Eight episodes of the series will air next year.
