Jodie Comer 'frightened' after security scare on set of new film The End We Start

Jodie Comer allegedly feels "frightened" following a security scare on the set of her new film.

Sources working on the new drama told The Daily Mail that an 'incident' occurred, which made the Liverpool-born star feel unsafe. As a result, security measures for filming The End We Start have been ramped up a bit.

The 29-year-old actress has reportedly been given a bodyguard who once worked for Benedict Cumberbatch – her co-star and executive producer of the film.

A source said: "The film's producers want to ensure that everyone is as safe as possible and, with Jodie's unpleasant experiences, they didn't want to take any risks, no matter how small. A bodyguard who has previously looked after Benedict was drafted in and other measures have been implemented.

" Jodie's safety is paramount. She has had some nasty experiences lately."

Over the years, Jodie has allegedly had a number of incidents which have made her feel unsafe. In August 2021, she was left terrified after a crazed fan based in France sent threats to kill her.

The man also allegedly sent messages to her family. One of his chilling messages read: "I am coming to England to create carnage."
