Customer Perceptions, who "specialise in driving customer engagement", are on the hunt for some new mystery shoppers to join their team.
The quirky job involves completing tasks in different shops around Ireland and reporting how the standard of service.
What is a mystery shopper?
A mystery shopper is someone who goes into stores posing as a customer and rates the quality of the service they receive.
They're usually given different tasks or questions to ask staff in the shop and then take notes on how they're treated.
They may also register complaints or be asked to behave in a certain way.
After they give their feedback, the shop in question can then use this info to see how they can improve.

What do I need?
