Aldi is currently looking for workers in 21 of their Dublin stores and the hourly wage on offer is very appealing.
All of the positions up for grabs are permanent according to JobsAlert with successful candidates having the potential of earning €14 per hour.
That is a decent increase on the minimum wage which jumped by 30c on Saturday, meaning thousands of Irish workers will now earn €10.10 per hour.
Who Aldi are looking for:
You need to have all the skills to work in a busy, efficient environment, but also be friendly, helpful and respectful to everyone you meet.
You'll be involved in everything from checking off deliveries to dealing with customer queries and ensuring that the shelves are always fully stocked.
You'll provide excellent customer service at all times by attending to customer needs in a prompt and friendly way.
Being an Aldi Store Assistant:
They say: "What makes a great Store Assistant? Well, it’s the little things really. A queue of customers at the till? You’ll jump on a different till and halve their waiting time.
"A pallet of bananas in the warehouse? You’ll put them out in the store, rather than wait for someone else to do it.
"Ultimately, it’s all about being a naturally friendly, respectful and thoughtful colleague who’s a bundle of enthusiasm and positivity. It’s this positive attitude that helps to make Aldi wonderfully different, not to mention successful."
