A job poster has been roasted online after advertising a full-time position for just £108 per week.
The advert explains that the poster is looking for 'in-home childcare' for their two-month-old son, who will need watching and entertaining from 8am to 4.30pm, from Monday to Friday.
In exchange for working the 42.5 hours, the successful applicant will be paid £108 ($150), which translates to £2.54 per hour - a whopping £6.18 below minimum wage.
And now the job poster has been roasted, after the advert was shared on Reddit, with one user adding that they'll probably expect the babysitter to 'do our taxes for no extra pay'.

The advert reads: "Hey everyone! I am looking for in-home childcare for my two-month-old. I currently work from home but I need someone to come to my apartment and sit with him during work hours.
"Must be good with animals, we have two dogs and a cat, pay is $150/week. It is Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4.30pm."
After the post was shared on Reddit it soon went viral, and countless users were quipping their own additions to the job requirements.
One user said: "Will also need you to do some light housework and cook meals while you are here. And we'll need you to occasionally work nights and weekends and also do our taxes for no extra pay."
While a second user added: "Requirements: must have five to seven years experience in lawn care, certificate or degree in culinary arts, and pursuing or degree accountant."
And a third wrote: "Driving licence and own car available throughout, you'll have to take them swimming etc but that will come out of your stipend. Please bring healthy snacks and a lunch for my frogspawn as well."

But eventually, some users were able to understand where the job poster was coming from, as one person said: "This is something that would have been advertised in church back in the day to younger teens with experience dealing with younger siblings.
"'Hey, instead of sitting at home watching TV this summer, watch TV at my house and make sure the baby doesn't die and make some spending money!'
"For a 15-year-old, this would be a pretty good deal."
