Jo Potter's departure from her position as manager of Rangers Women has been confirmed.
It emerged last night that the 40-year-old was on her way out after two seasons in charge and that Gers would receive compensation as she was heading to another club.
It became clear earlier today that club was Crystal Palace and the move has now been confirmed by Rangers.
Potter won two cup doubles in her two campaigns in charge but the SWPL title proved elusive, finishing second both times.
A statement from the club reads: "Rangers FC today confirms Jo Potter has departed her role to join Crystal Palace as their new women’s Head Coach.
"Lioness Potter, who arrived at Rangers two years ago, has delivered four trophies across her two seasons in charge by winning back-to-back cup doubles.

"As Head Coach of Rangers, she has also played a crucial role in the development of several academy players, who are now regularly impacting at both club and full international level.
"She leaves Rangers with the best wishes and thanks of everyone at Ibrox and the Rangers Training Centre for her significant contribution over her spell as Head Coach. She will always be welcome back at the club."
Women’s Football Managing Director, Donald Gillies, said: “I want to sincerely thank Jo for all her efforts over her two years in charge of our women’s first-team. There is no doubt we are in a stronger position now compared to when she came in, and she leaves behind a hugely talented, young and hungry squad for the new Head Coach to work with.
“While naturally the league will always be our target, extending our winning run to three in the Sky Sports Cup and winning back-to-back Scottish Cups should not be overlooked.
“On behalf of everyone at Rangers, we wish Jo all the very best for her new role at Crystal Palace. The search has now begun for our new Head Coach and I look forward to updating our supporters on that in the coming weeks.”
