JLS star confirms reunion talks nearly 12 years after group appeared on X Factor

JLS member JB Gill has left fans hopeful a reunion is on the cards but admitted discussions have been had on the group getting back together.

Although they didn’t win The X Factor, being beaten in the final by Alexandra Burke in 2008, JLS are one of the most successful acts in the show’s history.

Their debut single Beat Again shot straight to number 1 in the summer of 2009 and was followed to the top spot by Everybody in Love, The Club is Alive, Love You More and She Makes Me Wanna.

The lads also had a string of top 10 albums and sell out arena tours and last entertained fans on tour the end of 2013.

And they could soon be back on stage. Speaking to The Sun at The Adventures Of Paddington premiere in London on Sunday, JB said "This year is a big year for us: our 10 year anniversary [since JLS's debut album].

“We are all very much in touch, we’re still brothers. We met up recently, a few weeks back, and we’ve always said when the time’s right we could do something. So a reunion... never say never.”

The news has been met with a big reaction from JLS fans on social media. One tweeted: "Time to get excited again, JLS reunion rumours are BACK," and and another reacted "Yep... im so ready for that JLS reunion now."
