JLS are reuniting after seven years and performing at Manchester Arena

JLS have confirmed a Manchester Arena date as part of a huge reunion tour later this year.

The boyband, who split up back in 2013 after embarking on their Goodbye: The Greatest Hits Tour, will perform on Friday November 27.

Members Marvin Humes, Aston Merrigold, JB Gill and Oritsé Williams found fame on The X Factor more than a decade ago, where they were beaten to the top spot by Alexandra Burke.

Despite placing second, they achieved remarkable success, with four chart-topping albums and several number one singles, including Beat Again and The Club Is Alive.

They also won several MOBO awards and two BRIT awards, and played London's O2 Arena a staggering 16 times.

The Beat Again tour - named after their platinum-selling debut single - will take them right across the UK and Ireland this November and December.

The group announced the comeback news on Instagram, with a video of all four speaking to each other on the phone.

Speaking to Capital FM, JLS said: "We are so excited to be working together as a group again.

"We've always been like family, and now we feel that this is the right time for us to get back on stage and perform in front of our loyal fans."

The band added: "Even though it’s been seven years, you can be sure that it’s going to be as high energy as ever."

Tickets are priced at £34.35, £49, and £63.15, and go on sale on Friday February 21 at 9am through SeeTickets.
