Jimmy Kimmel at Home: Arnold Schwarzenegger interview interrupted by donkey and a tiny horse

The beginning of Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s virtual interview on Jimmy Kimmel‘s Live From Home show was derailed by a surprise appearance from his pet donkey, Lulu, and miniature pony, Whiskey.

The Terminator star and former governor of California appeared onscreen with the two animals as he fed them carrots and oatmeal cookies.

“You’ve got an infestation there, it seems,” Kimmel joked upon seeing the footage.

“They love to eat with me while I have lunch,” Schwarzenegger explained.

He revealed that the two animals are free to roam the house and also watch him while he’s working out in his gym.

Apparently, while neither pet is properly housetrained, there has only been one incident where they decided to relieve themselves inside.

Schwarzenegger is among the celebrities who has helped to provide emergency protective equipment during the coronavirus pandemic, donating more than $1m of masks.

Schwarzenegger and Kimmel were later joined by actor Edward Norton, who spoke about their initiative to continue helping in the battle against Covid-19.

The pair have set up a GoFundMe page to encourage the public to donate if they can to support the campaign. It has currently raised more than $7m.
