Jimmy Fallon asked Stephen Curry slip in funny words in interviews

Stephen Curry had a busy All-Star weekend in his hometown of Charlotte. He was at countless community events, competed in the three-point contest and played in the actual All-Star game. It seemed like Curry could not think of anything else but there was one more fun thing that he did.

Before All-Star Weekend, Late Night host Jimmy Fallon asked Curry slip in funny words and phrases into his All-Star weekend interviews. The phrases were “energizer bunny”, “flippin’ pancakes” and “wham bam can of ham”. Curry agreed and had lots of fun with it.

Curry seamlessly incorporated these phrases into his pressers, referring to himself as the “energizer bunny”, saying shooting came second nature like “flippin’ pancakes”. The last phrase he used as a walk-off saying “wham bam can of ham” as he walked off the podium in multiple interviews.

It is unlikely that Curry will start using these phrases in future interviews but if he does, he has Fallon to thank for these gems. We can only hope that he uses these phrases more.
