Jim Wells has revealed he is preparing a formal complaint to Ofcom over his treatment during a Good Morning Britain interview on Monday.
The DUP politician over his views on same-sex couples appearing on Strictly Come Dancing.
Mr Wells said he would no longer watch the show if they permitted same-sex couples to take part, adding it would be 'challenging viewing' for a family and would 'ruin it for family viewing'.
Having been taken to task over his views by the TV duo, Mr Wells said he will now be submitting a formal complaint to Ofcom having already emailed the Editor of Good Morning Britain.
In the email Mr Wells said the hosts' conduct had been 'biased, abusive and humiliating', reports The Irish News.

Speaking to Stephen Nolan this morning, Mr Wells said: "It was a horrendous experience, in my view it broke every letter of the code of the guidelines of ITV.
"I didn't even get the chance to do any interview, I was harangued by Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid.
"Eighty or ninety percent of the interview was a personal attack on me by Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid and maybe I'm a bit more used to more balance in Northern Ireland.
"He [Piers Morgan] asked me if I was gay and he called me an old, homophobic, dinosaur, bigot, that's pretty personal."
"I don't believe that Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid kept to their own guidelines, and I'll leave it to Ofcom to decide whether I'm right or wrong," he added.
Responding to the report that Mr Wells was set to complain to Ofcom, Piers Morgan simply tweeted: "Excellent!".
