Jim Harbaugh and Michigan finally beat Ohio State and the college football world was thrilled for him

The college football world is forever changed. Jim Harbaugh has finally done it, y’all. He did the impossible.

He beat Ohio State.

Not only was Michigan’s 42-27 win over Ohio State the first time they’ve beaten the Buckeyes since 2011, but it was also the first time Jim Harbaugh ever beat them as Michigan’s head coach. And, of course, fans were letting him know that before the game.

Now, look. W. Michigan. The streak is over. Jim Harbaugh is finally the winner. And Ohio State’s College Football Playoff chances have decreased dramatically.

Gus Johnson’s “Finally” here couldn’t have been any better on the call.

Michigan fans probably couldn’t have drawn it up any better. It wasn’t just them, though.

The college football world was happy to see the streak finally end. Everybody had jokes. It almost felt like they just won a championship.
