John Krasinski and Jenna Fischer, who played Jim and Pam in “The Office,” are experiencing some tough times recently in their friendship as Fischer is a St. Louis Blues fan and Krasinski is a Boston Bruins fan.
This whole Stanley Cup thing has the two of them exchanging some pretty vicious trash talk, especially now that the Blues are just one win away from taking home the Cup for the first time in franchise history.
Both have been to games during this series, which could come to an end Sunday night when Game 6 is played in St. Louis.
Fischer burned Krasinski with this tweet after Game 5, which the Blues won in Boston:
That’s a play off the Cup and Stanley from “The Office” who was another legendary character. Just a fantastic shot at Jim.
That hit Krasinski pretty hard, as he replied:
Hopefully this friendship can live on once this series is over.
