Jill Sharp stalking victim Graham McQuet was convicted of assaulting seven-month-old baby

Graham McQuet pled guilty in November last year to assaulting a baby.

The 31-year-old 
admitted seizing the 
seven-month-old girl by the head and body at his 
home in Grangemouth, Stirlingshire, on December 21, 2015, and inflicting 
blunt force trauma to her head and body.

The charge stated that he compressed her body, repeatedly shook her 
and caused her head to strike his head.

McQuet appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court. He was sentenced to a community payback order and told to carry out 
150 hours of unpaid work.
