Jill Scott says she hasn't heard from I'm A Celebrity pal once amid rift rumours

Jill Scott has spoken about her relationship with Matt Hancock after leaving the I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Jungle last month.

The Queen of the Jungle appeared on the Tuesday morning instalment of Loose Women alongside former campmate Charlene White, who was hosting the panel.

The Lioness appeared on the ITV programme and panellist Janet Street-Porter asked her about her relationship with the former Health Secretary now they have returned from Australia.

Jill said: “I haven’t had a message off him yet.”

She added: “My knowledge of politics isn’t actually that good so once we got into the jungle and everyone puts the jungle outfits on, we were one team.

“He was going to get the stars, he was feeding us, so I was happy with that.”

Janet noted rumours the West Suffolk MP had been removed from an I’m A Celebrity Whatsapp group, but host Charlene refused to confirm or deny this.

It comes after Scarlette Douglas admitted the politician was not a part of the group chat – only to row back and say he had indeed been added.

At the time, she revealed Mike Tindall was the group admin but decided to not add Hancock into the group as he "might be too busy".

But just days on, there's been a U-turn and Hancock has now been added to the chat after all.

Scarlette confirmed the news to Lorraine Kelly on her ITV show on Monday morning, leaving Lorraine laughing.

Lorraine asked her to clear up the rumours and Scarlette commented that he was in the chat, just days after saying he was not.

Host Lorraine asked: "There was talk as there are with these things... clear it up. He’s in the WhatsApp group?"

Scarlette then confirmed: "He’s now in the WhatsApp group, yes. He was allowed in. He’s in the group, everyone can breathe."

The WhatsApp toing and froing comes amid swirling rumours of a rift among the campmates following the end of this year’s series of the ITV reality show.

Speculation of a feud began when a photo from their farewell meal in Australia was shared online.

Charlene, the first evictee from the jungle, shared the snap of the group enjoying a slap up meal to social media, fans were quick to notice a number of campmates were absent.

Third-placed Matt Hancock and his partner Gina Coladangelo were missing from the happy snap as the rest of the gang posed with huge smiles.

Also absent from her snap was Boy George, Seann Walsh, Sue Cleaver and the jungle Queen herself Jill.
