Jets vs. Bills inactives: Robby Anderson, Trumaine Johnson, Braxton Berrios suiting up

Despite some concern surrounding Robby Anderson’s calf, Trumaine Johnson’s hamstring and Braxton Berrios’ hamstring earlier in the week, all three are healthy and ready to go for the Jets in Week 1 against the Bills.

Throughout the week, Adam Gase maintained that Anderson, Johnson and Berrios would all play against Buffalo. New York’s inactives report confirms that, as the three are up. Sitting out for the Jets this week are Bilal Powell, Bennett Jackson, John Franklin-Myers, Chuma Edoga, Foley Fatukasi, Nathan Shepherd and Kyle Phillips.

Powell’s inactive listing doesn’t come as much of a surprise, as he is New York’s No. 3 running back and doesn’t play special teams. However, Fatukasi’s listing is unforeseen considering how he performed in the preseason.

As for the Bills, Buffalo will be without former Jets kick/punt returner Andre Roberts (quad). Starting tight end Tyler Kroft is also out with a foot injury.
