Jets injury report: Kelechi Osemele among many sidelined for Green & White scrimmage

The Jets are without a bunch of players for their annual Green & White scrimmage at MetLife Stadium on Sunday night.

Among those not practicing are left guard Kelechi Osemele and right tackle Brandon Shell. Osemele strained his pectoral muscle in practice and missed the team’s preseason game against the Falcons. Shell injured his knee in warmups ahead of last week’s game against Atlanta and was unable to play.

The three linebackers not practicing are Blake Cashman (leg), Harvey Langi (knee), and Jamey Mosley (knee). The Jets are also without a pair of cornerbacks in Arthur Maulet (undisclosed) and Kyron Brown (hamstring). Defensive lineman Justin Alexandre (undisclosed) is also out and wide receiver Jeff Smith is dealing with a hamstring injury.

Both Trumaine Johnson (hamstring) and Brian Winters (shoulder) remain on the sidelines as well.
