Jets injury report: C.J. Mosley to be limited in Friday’s practice

After declaring himself ready to play on Wednesday, C.J. Mosley will join his teammates on the practice field.

Adam Gase spoke to the media Friday and said that Mosley would be limited in Friday’s practice. However, after only participating in individual drills on Thursday, he will now participate in team drills as the Jets prepare for Monday’s game against the Patriots.

In other injury news, Ryan Kalil wasn’t expected to practice Friday after injuring his shoulder on Thursday. However, those plans have changed and Kalil is indeed practicing. Henry Anderson (shoulder), Darryl Roberts (ankle) and Nate Hairston (knee) will all be limited as well.

Meanwhile both Kelvin Beachum (ankle) and Chris Herndon (hamstring) are still not practicing and aren’t expected to play on Monday.

Bless Austin returned to practice on Wednesday, as he’s coming back from a torn ACL that he suffered at Rutgers. The Jets have 21 days to either activate him off the NFI list or put him on IR.
