Jets injury report: 3 questionable vs. Bills, but all expected to play

Three Jets have officially been ruled questionable for New York’s season opener against the Bills, but the trio is expected to play.

WR Robby Anderson (calf), WR/return man Braxton Berrios (hamstring) and CB Trumaine Johnson (hamstring) all got the uncertain designation following Friday’s practice, but Adam Gase has said all week that each will play Sunday barring any unforeseen setbacks.

That’s good news for the Jets, as those aren’t exactly positions at which they have a ton of depth.

As for the Bills, it does not appear that they will be as lucky Week 1. TE Tyler Kroft was ruled doubtful with a foot injury, while WR/return man Andre Roberts is out thanks to a quad issue.

Roberts, a first-team All-Pro with the Jets last season, stated over the offseason that he was looking forward to getting revenge on the team that let him walk in free agency. That won’t happen this weekend, though. He won’t get another opportunity until the Week 16 finale in Buffalo.
