Fearing that the Houston Texans may have jumped in the mix after firing their own general manager, the New York Jets have made a decision, naming Joe Douglas as the teams next GM.
Douglas, the Eagles VP of Player Personnel and the favorite to get the job, has been a friend of head coach Adam Gase for years, and now the two men will work together. Douglas has spent the last three years as the Eagles’ vice president of player personnel after coming over from the Baltimore Ravens.
