Jet2.com will be suspending flights to Turkey from Saturday until next month.
And the airline and travel agent will extend its suspension of package holidays with flights to Antalya, Bodrum, Dalaman and Izmir until and including October 31.
Any affected holidays will be automatically cancelled and customers will be fully refunded, Jet2.com said this afternoon (Wednesday).
Jet2.com, based at Leeds Bradford Airport, will continue to operate flights to Turkey until Friday, but outbound flights will cease on Saturday until October 31.
Flights back to the UK from Izmir will continue until Saturday, and from Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman they will continue until Tuesday.
Jet2.com is offering package holiday customers £100 off their next booking if they reschedule their departure to a date this month and in November.
The firm said: "Due to the latest government travel advice, we have extended the suspension of package holidays to Turkey (Antalya, Bodrum, Dalaman and Izmir) up to and including October 31.
"Where customers are affected by any programme changes, we will be automatically cancelling affected package holiday bookings with a full refund.
"We know how much customers want to get away for their much-needed holidays, so we are offering £100 off the next holiday booking for package holiday customers who wish to rebook for departures in October and November...
"For any customers due to travel to Turkey from November 1 we will provide an update ahead of their departure date."
