Customers who have an upcoming flight with Jet2 booked have been issued an urgent warning following reports of a scam circulating on Twitter.
Accounts on the social media site purporting to be Jet2 are reportedly getting in touch with people regarding their bookings - but the accounts are fake.
Those who receive a message from these scammers have been urgently warned not to give out any personal information, according to Edinburgh Live.

The fraud accounts have reportedly been reaching out to customers via direct message, and asking them to send over personal details such as passwords to another email address.
One method of checking whether an account is legitimate is to see whether it has a verified 'blue tick' next to its name.
Jet2 wrote: "URGENT CUSTOMER NOTICE. We have been made aware of several customers receiving messages advising to contact @jet2helps.com (and/or similar) to discuss bookings & queries.
"These accounts are NOT affiliated to us, so please DO NOT give personal information/data to them (1/2).
"The only official account for http://Jet2.com and Jet2holidays on Twitter is @jet2tweets which is a verified ‘blue tick’ account."
It comes after the airline was forced to issue a warning last month after scammers tried to target eager holidaymakers desperate to book a holiday when rules relaxed.
