Jet2 have confirmed flights will resume in July.
The travel company have this afternoon (Friday) announced their planes will be back in the air and their holiday programmes will recommence on July 1.
However, the decision means all bookings through June will be affected.
Jet2 stress 'the health and safety of our customers and colleagues is our absolute priority', while bosses say they will continue to closely monitor the situation amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Meanwhile, the airline say they are 'proactively' contacting customers to discuss travel options with them.
A statement confirmed: "Due to the ongoing uncertainty caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we’ve decided to recommence our flights programme on 1 July 2020. If you're travelling before this date, unfortunately, your booking will be affected as our flights won't be operating.
"We're proactively contacting all affected customers in departure date order, which we think is the fairest way – please be patient with us as we do this."
