Budget airline Jet2 have cancelled all flights to and from Italy due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Italy has the largest number of cases outwith China, with 9172 confirmed cases and 463 deaths.

Customers who are currently in Italy are being contacted and arrangements made to fly them back to the UK.
Easyjet, Ryanair and British Airways have also cancelled flights.
A spokesman for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays said: “We always follow the travel advice of the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), who are currently advising against all but essential travel to Italy.
"As such, we have cancelled all flights to Italy (Rome, Naples, Pisa, Turin, Venice and Verona) between now and 26th April (inclusive).
"We are contacting customers who are due to travel to Italy to advise them of their options, and we are also contacting customers who are currently in Italy, to arrange to fly them back to the UK.
“The health and safety of our customers is always our number one priority.
"We are continuing to monitor the situation very closely and will adjust our programme accordingly.
"As we do this, we would like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding.”
A spokeswoman for Easyjet said: “Following the latest decree issued 9 March by the Italian authorities implementing further restrictions for the whole of Italy, Easyjet is reviewing its scheduled programme between today and 3 April.
“The majority of flights to and from Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, Venice and Verona have been cancelled for the coming days.
"Affected customers are being advised of their options by email and text message, include re-booking and refunding.”
Ryanair said all its flights to Italy would be halted between midnight on Friday midnight on Wednesday 8 April.
