Airline and tour operator Jet2 has launched its Summer In The City programme on sale for 2023 with trips from five UK bases to destinations like Athens, Barcelona, Rome, Venice, and Pisa.
With demand for city breaks soaring, the announcement follows the early release of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays ’ Summer Sun programme for 2023.
The schedule from Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks gives customers choice and flexibility when it comes to visiting world-famous capitals, cultural centres, and historical gems and their favourite city break destinations in Greece (Athens), Mainland Spain (Barcelona), and Italy (Pisa, Rome, and Venice).
Flights and city breaks have been confirmed from Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Newcastle Airports, with further announcements expected in the coming weeks.

Five leisure city destinations on sale – Athens (up to two weekly flights), Barcelona (up to two weekly flights), Rome (up to four weekly flights), Pisa (weekly services) and Venice (up to two weekly flights).
Glasgow:
Flights and city breaks now on sale to Rome from Glasgow for Summer 23 with up to two weekly services to the Italian capital.
Leeds Bradford:
Three city break destinations on sale – Barcelona (up to two weekly flights), Rome (up to two weekly flights) and Pisa (weekly services).
Manchester:
Five leisure city destinations on sale – Athens (up to two weekly flights), Barcelona (up to four weekly flights), Rome (up to six weekly flights), Pisa (up to three weekly flight) and Venice (up to four weekly flights).
Newcastle:
Flights and city breaks now on sale to Rome from Newcastle for Summer 23 with up to two weekly services to the Italian capital.
