Jesy Nelson has flaunted her infamous curves once more after admitting that she now eats "whatever the f**k" she wants after gaining one stone.

The Little Mix star, 29, looked sensational as she strutted her stuff in a tiny white bikini with fringe detailing, as she continues to promote body positivity.

Taking to Instagram, Jesy looked flawless as she posed up a storm in front of the camera.

The singer shared the saucy snap with her 6.9 million followers, alongside a teaser clip of the band's music video for their new song Holiday.

Sharing the stunning snap with fans, Jesy penned: "Last ones I promise."

Jesy this week celebrated her "podgy belly and chubby cheeks" as she sent out an incredible body positive message about gaining weight in lockdown.

She said she's been living her best life in lockdown, scoffing on anything and everything she fancies without worrying about her figure.

Sharing a snap of herself displaying her toned abs in a white bikini for the band's new Holiday music video, Jesy told her fans that she doesn't look like that at the moment.

Jesy, who looked stunning in a patterned trousers and crop top co-ord, embraced the changes to her body, making sure her followers knew it was okay for them to have gained weight during the  coronavirus  pandemic.

Alongside the honest post, she penned: "I currently look nothing like this atm just so you all know.

"I'm a stone heavier since making this video from eating whatever the f**k I've wanted and living my best life but for any of you struggling mentally with how you feel about yourselfs right now just know I'm there with ya with my podgy belly and chubby cheeks."
