Jesy Nelson's boyfriend has broken his silence after she quit Little Mix.
Sean Sagar, who Jesy has reportedly been dating since April, took to his Instagram to post a cryptic video on his Stories.
It comes after Jesy, 29, announced she was leaving the band as she admitted that being in Little Mix took its toll on her mental healh.
On Wednesday night, Our Girl actor Sean shared the video, which featured US TV presenter Steve Harvey talking about how you can learn from failure.
Steve said in the video: "You don't succeed more than you fail, that's not how it works.
"Do you know why? Because failure is a wonderful teacher.
"It's the only way to learn, you have to fail.
"Failure's part of the process to becoming successful."
"Don't be afraid to fail," Sean captioned the video, adding the raised hands emojis.
Sean hadn't posted since Jesy made her announcement on Instagram.
She said: "After much consideration and with a heavy heart, I'm announcing I'm leaving Little Mix."
Little Mix then put out a statement in support of Jesy.
Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock have vowed to continue as a trio.
They said on their shared Instagram account: "This is an incredibly sad time for all of us but we are fully supportive of Jesy.
"We love her very much and agree that it is so important that she does what is right for her mental health and wellbeing."
