Jesy Nelson ’s first solo single is finally out in the world – and it’s made quite the impression.

The former Little Mix singer, 30, has released the music video to Boyz, which also features Nicki Minaj and an unexpected cameo from none other than P. Diddy.

In the video, Jesy can be seen showing off her incredible dance skills, while also showcasing her impressive acting skills.

The Shout Out To My Ex hitmaker has unveiled a completely different side to herself amid the release of her first solo single – and fans can’t get enough.

After a tumultuous year following her departure from Little Mix after almost a decade, fans have insisted that Jesy is finally back to herself, and is being the person she always wanted to be.

Taking to Twitter and YouTube to share their reactions, Jesy’s fans insisted that it’s clear the singer is finally being her ‘authentic self’.

“Jesy, we are so, so proud of you. This video is everything and we can clearly see it’s YOU!! You’re voice, the way you want to sing, and your dance moves, the way you want to dance. It’s even better than I had ever thought it would be,” one impressed fan gushed.

Another shared: “This is sooooooooo sexy! Jesy is an icon.”

“Jesy is back and better than ever baby,” a fourth fawned.

Meanwhile, someone else commented on the sexed-up undertone of the song.

“This girl isn’t holding back with the innuendos and I’m loving it,” they added.

Jesy previously warned that her new track Boyz is either a ‘love it or hate it’ kind of song.

She admitted that the club anthem is rather ‘in your face’ and is likely to divide her fanbase.

"You're either going to love it or you're going to hate it and I would rather that than people be like, 'Meh, okay,” she told Noctis XXI Magazine.

So far, the majority of the reviews from fans have been overwhelmingly positive.

The star quit Little Mix last December, saying it was necessary to protect her mental health.

"I find the constant pressure of being in a girl group and living up to expectations very hard," she told fans at the time.

And in her first interview after leaving the band, Jesy further explained that the constant comparisons to her bandmates had prompted her decision to quit.

"I was bigger than the other three, and there's never really been that in a girl group," the singer told Cosmopolitan. "I was classed as the obese, fat one."

Looking back, she said: "I can't believe how miserable I was."

Now that she’s out on her own, Jesy appears to be more confident than ever.
