Jesy Nelson is said to have 'severed all ties' with her former Little Mix bandmates following her exit from the group and doesn't plan to stay in touch with them going forward.
Jesy, 29, left the group just before Christmas with the former X Factor champions revealing the news on their Twitter, in a post which said that the rest of the group were "fully supportive of Jesy" but weren't "ready for it (Little Mix) to be over."
Taking to Instagram herself, Jesy then explained: "The truth is recently being in the band has really taken a toll on my mental health.
"I find the constant pressure of being in a girl group and living up to expectations very hard."
Well now, after Jesy revealed that she decided to quit after suffering a panic attack on the set of Little Mix' s Sweet Melody video, The Sun is reporting that she has cut all ties with Jade, Perrie and Leigh-Anne.
The insider told the paper: "The plan was always to stay in touch but that just hasn’t happened because Jesy didn’t want it.

"She wants to sever ties and start again – that seems to be both professionally and personally.”
The reports come after Jesy opened up to Cosmpolitan magazine about the anxiety she felt about getting back to Little Mix commitments after lockdown.
She revealed: "On the day of the Sweet Melody video I had a panic attack on set because I didn’t look how I wanted to look and I found it so hard to just be happy and enjoy myself.“
“I was like, ‘I just want to go home.’ I was sobbing in the dressing room.
"Someone really close to me said, ‘This has got to stop. You can’t keep doing this to yourself. You’re going to end up where you were before.’“
Jesy's Cosmpolitan interview was published on the same day that former bandmate Leigh-Anne revealed she was pregnant with footballer boyfriend Andre Gray's baby.
