Jesy Nelson has revealed she is engaged to boyfriend Zion Foster only four months after the couple welcomed their twin daughters.
The former Little Mix star, 34, revealed on Instagram that Foster, 26, popped the question during a romantic sunset beach trip, sharing a snap of her sparkling diamond ring with the caption: “Just got engaged to my best friend.”
The pair began dating in January 2022 but reportedly split in 2024 before getting back together that same year.
In May, Nelson gave birth to twin girls, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, at just 31 weeks after being diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome — a rare condition that can put both babies at risk.
The newborns spent their first weeks in a neonatal intensive care unit before being allowed home.
Reflecting recently on their early arrival, Jesy told fans: “Nothing or no one will ever be able to prepare you as a parent for NICU.

“It’s the most scary overwhelming feeling of emotions not being able to feel like you can protect your babies.
“Naturally as a mother you just want to hold them and comfort them when they cry but you can’t because there are what feels like a million wires coming out of them and tubes and masks in the way with people poking and prodding them, it breaks your heart into a million pieces.
“Having them reunited for the first time ever today was the most magical feeling I will never be able to describe. The strongest little girls I’ve ever known who really do have the most inspiring story to tell.”
Nelson spent ten weeks in hospital before giving birth after doctors discovered her babies had developed twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome — a rare and potentially life-threatening condition where blood flows unevenly between identical twins.
To protect both babies, her labour was planned to be induced once they were strong enough at around 32 weeks.
In the lead-up to Ocean and Story’s arrival, the British hitmaker shared the highs and lows of her complicated pregnancy with fans.
She underwent emergency surgery in April following the diagnosis, later telling followers: “We feel so grateful and blessed that these little babies are still going strong.”
Determined to give back, Foster ran the London Marathon in May to raise funds for the Twins Trust, a charity supporting families with multiples.
