Jessie J has admitted she's not herself but is "not quitting" on her happiness as she comes to terms with her devastating miscarriage.
The singer, 33, took to Instagram last month to inform her fans she had sadly suffered a miscarriage.
Now, following her first pic in several weeks following the awful news, the hitmaker has posted a video of herself enjoying a festive day out with a pal.
While the video shows happy-go-lucky Jessie seemingly loving life as the pair fool around and sing songs, she wrote a candid message to caption the post revealing exactly how she feels to her followers.
She wrote: "Life be lifing. But we move.
"Still not myself. Still cry myself to sleep some nights. Still working it all out. Still fighting. Not quitting on my happiness or myself. This year was phew. *Heavy sigh*

"But I will keep climbing out of the sadness, my happiness is my responsibility, not anyone else’s. I will not be putting bandaids on the problems and heavy feelings but really feeling them and healing them.
"Gotta practice what I tell everyone else to do in these damn songs."
She went on to thank her friend for helping to find "inspiration in the little things in life" before saying her support is "needed more than you know".
Fans, friends, and fellow celebrities have flocked to her social media to offer heart-felt messages.
Earlier in the week Jessie thanked those sending well wishes and posted a pic of herself smiling from inside a car.
She wrote: "First picture I’ve taken of myself in weeks. Honouring all my heavy emotions but holding on tightly to hope, happiness and joy the most."
Jessie first told her 10.4 million followers she had lost her baby ahead of a concert in L.A last month after she tragically discovered there was no longer a heartbeat hours earlier.

She shared an image of herself holding a positive pregnancy test and another of a quote as she told her fans she would still take to the stage in attempt to help her through the grief.

However, she has since said that it wasn't the right decision to do so.
