Jessica Snydrova: Edinburgh police launch urgent search for missing 23-year-old

Police in both Midlothian and Edinburgh have launched appeals to help find a missing 23-year-old woman.

Jessica Snydrova, 23, was last seen in Dalkeith on Sunday (October 24), with family and friends now extremely concerned over her whereabouts.

Reported missing by her family, Jessica was last seen in the Woodburn area of Dalkeith at around 10pm on Saturday (October 23), but has not been heard from since.

Known to have strong links to Edinburgh, Jessica is known to often frequent Calton Hill and the Princes Street Gardens area of the city centre.

The 23-year-old is also occasionally known to attend Heart of Midlothian Football matches.

She is described as white, 5'02 in height, slim build with short dark hair. Police have also stated that Jessica has a large guitar tattoo on her back and when last seen was wearing black leggings and a light grey hooded jumper with black trainers.

An appeal continued: "She may also be in possession of a tablet device. She speaks Polish and English but is described by family as having an American sounding accent when talking in English."

Any members of the public who have information as to the whereabouts of Jessica is asked to call Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 1802 of 24th October.
