Most of the British public have been making use of social media to stay in touch during the coronavirus lockdown and it seems Jesse Lingard is no exception.
With the Premier League suspended indefinitely and training grounds closed, the Man Utd midfielder is likely to have now gone weeks without seeing his friends at close quarters.
That hasn't stopped the England international from checking up on his mates, however, with the 27-year-old making use of video call apps to see how they are doing.
And Lingard was also able to put the technology to further use on Saturday as he led his pals in a workout session over the Houseparty app.
In footage shared on his Instagram account, the Red Devils playmaker can be seen training in his garden while barking out orders.

The camera then pans to his phone, where a gaggle of the England midfielder's can be seen following the 27-year-old's every move.
It certainly was an inventive way for the Utd man to make the most of the app by keeping his close circle in good shape during the coronavirus lockdown.
The footage came on the same day that reports emerged placing Lingard's future at Old Trafford in doubt with boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said to be considering letting five players leave in the summer.
According to the Manchester Evening news, the 27-year-old is on the list along with defenders Phil Jones and Chris Smalling, fellow midfielder Andreas Pereira and forward Alexis Sanchez.

It is thought that by letting the quintet go, Solskjaer will be able to fund summer moves for the likes of Aston Villa's Jack Grealish, Leicester playmaker James Maddison and Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.
But it seems that Lingard is keen to show the Utd hierarchy how desperate he is to remain at Old Trafford with his efforts to keep fit during the coronavirus lockdown.
