I know a lot of people have probably tried to forget about the 5-0 defeat to Liverpool but it's almost difficult to stop thinking about it.
Manchester United and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer have hit rock bottom. It's an all-time low and I'm sure there are loads of you who feel the same way.
What's gone so wrong? It looked so bright at the start of the season after that 5-1 win against Leeds, with most United supporters leaving Old Trafford that day thinking we were about to see something special - that in itself shows just how bad the past few months have been.
You know it's a sad state of affairs when half of Old Trafford is empty at half-time. That never happens.
Things can't get much worse than this. Or can they? After all, Solskjaer is still in a job and, as things stand, he's going to be taking charge of the team for Saturday's match against Tottenham Hotspur.
Although the Norwegian has the opportunity to bounce back from the hammering dished out by their arch-rivals, it's hard to imagine where he goes from here.
I understand that people will want to blame the manager for the club's shortcomings in recent times but there are bigger issues that now go beyond Solskjaer's control.
You only have to take one look on social media to see the disconnect between supporters and the club, and it's not just people venting their frustration online who are feeling it. A lot of match-going supporters have also had enough of the club's current plight and it feels as though the end is near.
It's hard to imagine a way out of this rut unless there's drastic change at the club, and with every passing minute it seems that change isn't going to come in the form of a managerial switch.

One particular moment in the defeat to Liverpool epitomised the problems the club are facing right now. No, it wasn't the performance, it actually concerned a player who didn't even make it onto the pitch on Sunday.
Now, before I bring this up, I want to say that I don't blame Jesse Lingard one bit for his reaction.
Lingard has actually been one of United's better players this season and every time he's played he's performed brilliantly. The England international has scored some brilliant goals, with his late strike against West Ham perhaps the pick of the bunch as he secured all three points for Solskjaer's men.
However, he hasn't been able to cement his place in Solskjaer's starting line-up. I personally believe he is deserving of a run of games in the first team given their current level of performance.
Anyway, during the Liverpool match, there was a moment where Lingard was warming up on the touchline and he appeared to become the target of abuse from an individual in the Stretford End.
Lingard confirmed in a Twitter post after the game that the supporter said he should "work harder" and it was clearly a comment which didn't go down too well with him as he completed his stretches by the side of the pitch, replying: "I'm not even on the pitch!"
Very rarely do you see a player react to abuse from the crowd, though I'd hazard a guess that if everything was as rosy at United right now as it was after the 5-1 win over Leeds earlier this season, Lingard wouldn't have felt the need to respond.
In the grand scheme of things I know this probably feels like a pretty irrelevant moment from what was a catastrophic day in United's history - you may think that's a bit over the top but it really isn't - yet it perfectly showcased the disconnect between the club and the fans right now.
It's like we're all arguing with each other when all we really want is the best for our beautiful club.
Hopefully things can get better because at the moment the atmosphere at United is growing increasingly toxic.
