It comes after her man Dom defended her post-baby workouts on his social media profile.
The couple had got back into the gym together shortly after she had given birth to their child.
They posted clips of their gym trips on social media with their hordes of fans.
Dom was quick to point out his wife Jessica had taken it easy as a new mum.
He said: "Just to clarify @jessica_rose_uk took it easier than normal, she did a lighter weight than the workout requires and took multiple rests".
The pair fell for one another on Love Island in 2017 and they vowed to spend the rest of their lives together.
Now the duo have become parents for the first time together.
