The Jeremy Vine Show was swamped with complaints after Beverley Turner ranted about the coronavirus vaccine.
Beverley said her children won't be having the jab, which she called a "trial" and insisted the long-term side effects aren't known.
The Channel 5 series triggered 125 complaints, of which the majority were about Beverley's comments, OfCom told The Sun.
She said on the show: "Less than one per cent of deaths are down to Covid-19.
"This has to be taken by a decision-by-decision basis because this is a clinical trial until 2023.
"We do not know the long-term effects of this vaccine for any individual.

"I do not judge any adult who wanted to take it.
"If they felt like it was informed consent I do not judge you."
Fellow guest Angela Epstein said: "Vaccine refusers are selfish, morally repugnant, irresponsible people who are enjoying their freedom because the rest of us are being vaccinated.
"Who are the people in hospital? The people who haven't been vaccinated."

The Mirror has contacted OfCom and Channel 5 and is awaiting comment.
It comes after Beverley sparked a number of complaints after she expressed her views about the vaccine on This Morning.
There were nearly 100 objections over her comments, which included her saying the vaccine "doesn't work" and making a jibe about Prime Minister Boris Johnson's sex life.
She clashed with Dermot O'Leary, who told her: "The finest minds of science have - in an extraordinary short amount of time - come up with this vaccine. It's proven it's working, statistically. Why are you so cynical?"

"We have no long-term data," Beverley replied.
He responded: "We don't have a chance to have long-term data because we have this virus that's killing people around the whole world.
"We don't have that luxury, surely. Why are you so sceptical about the whole thing?"
Beverley said: "Because of the fact, there's a 99.8 per cent survival rate from Covid-19. The average age of death is 82."

She then made a jibe about the PM and his wife Carrie, saying: "Every time I see them I just think: 'She has to have sex with Boris Johnson.'"
After the segment received complaints, it was reported that Beverley had been blocked from appearing on This Morning again.
But just a few weeks later, Beverley returned to This Morning on Wednesday to discuss the vaccines once again.
She said she didn't support the proposal to make the Covid vaccine compulsory for care home workers as she argued that it is their right to refuse it.
