Jeremy Renner has claimed his ex tried to humiliate him by sending his nudes to their custody evaluator, according to legal documents.
The Avengers star, 48, and his ex wife Sonni Pacheco are in court as she tries to get sole custody of their daughter Ava, six, and for Jeremy's visits to be monitored.
The pair sent each other naked photos while they were married and the uncensored versions were given to their lawyers and the evaluator, he claims in document seen by TMZ.
He allegedly says they were sent "for no other purpose than to cause me extreme embarrassment".
Renner reportedly argues she fails to mention the nudes she sent to him first and asked him to return the favour.
The documents state his belief that she threatened to sell the pictures of him to the media.
He says Sonni is obsessed with his sex life and the sex lives of those around him, including one of his nannies.
She tracked down a "racy photo" of the nanny and also sent that to the evaluator and lawyers, he claims.
The couple were married for only 10 months before Sonni filed for divorce in December 2014.
Earlier this week Sonni claimed he once stuck a gun in his own mouth and threatened to kill her, according to further court documents.
He is alleged to have been using alcohol and cocaine when he began talking about killing his ex.
She claimed he told someone he "could not deal with her anymore", and he "just wanted her gone".
The former couple had previously agreed joint custody of their daughter but they're now battling it out in court for sole custody.
These new documents claim that on that night in November, Jeremy put a gun in his mouth, threatened to kill himself and fired the gun into the ceiling while Ava was asleep in her bedroom.
Sonni also claims Jeremy has a history of substance abuse, as well as verbal and emotional abuse, and that he had been under the influence a number of times while in physical custody of Ava.
The court documents also state Jeremy once left cocaine on a bathroom counter where Ava could have reached it.
Sonni also alleges that the nanny once overheard Jeremy saying he was going to Sonni's house to kill her and then kill himself because "it was better that Ava had no parents than to have [Sonni] as a mother".
But the actor says his ex's side of the story is dramatised and that she has a "specific goal in mind".
A representative for Jeremy told TMZ: "The well-being of his daughter Ava has always been and continues to be the primary focus for Jeremy. This is a matter for the court to decide. It's important to note the dramatisations made in Sonni's declaration are a one-sided account made with a specific goal in mind."
