Jeremy Kyle viewers were stunned today by a guest's horrific appearance.
Kirsty was on the show to get help for her sister, who she hadn't seen for two years, and recently found out had been "selling herself".
Prostitute Michelle blamed their dad for her 20-year drug addiction, but her family wanted her to take ownership for her troubles.
Kirsty was visibly distressed when she saw "the state" of her 39-year-old sister, who had been living in a dirty "hell hole" full of drug paraphernalia.
The Jeremy Kyle Show viewers thought she looked older than her own father Martin.

Shocked viewers took to Twitter after seeing Michelle's dad.
One stunned viewer said: "Mad what drugs do. It's got her looking older than her dad"
"#jeremykyle no way the dad looks younger than her," added another.
A third said: "Sad days when yer dad looks younger than you do."
Michelle claimed she was the "black sheep" of the family, but her sister and father insisted this was not true.
She broke down in tears as she told Jeremy that her dad was never there for her.
Furious Martin, who had not seen his daughter for eight years, said: "Michelle I’ve always been there for you. I've never been violent to you.
"You’ve got yourself to blame for this. Michelle I’m telling you now own up to what you’ve done wrong."
Martin confessed he was "disgusted" with Michelle but wanted to help her to get into rehab.
A clip was shown of Michelle begging her daughter for money, having the door slammed in her face, then claiming she would have to go shoplifting.
Michelle finally admitted she performed sexual favours to men for cash to buy drugs.
She confessed: "I need to change. I’ve had enough. I need to get my relationship back with my daughter and my grandson. I hate waking up every day."
Michelle's daughter Charlotte let her say goodbye to her grandson before leaving for three months.
In emotional scenes, Michelle kissed her grandson before heading outside and getting in a car to a 12-week residential rehab.
