Jeremy Kyle is reportedly set to get a multi-million pound pay off after setting up a media company hours before the death of a contestant was revealed.
Steve Dymond, 63, reportedly died just days after failing a lie detector test on Kyle's eponymous show.
The dad had agreed to go on the show to clear his name after his fiancée, Jane Callaghan, accused him of cheating, but was told he had failed the lie detector test.
After news of the guests death was made public, ITV host Kyle was said to be 'devastated'.
And just days after ITV made the decision to suspend the hit show, it was on Wednesday confirmed it would be axed all together and would not be returning to screens.
However the Mirror has exclusively revealed that Kyle is set to get a £3m pay out, after registering his media company shortly before it was announced that Mr Dymond had died.

The Mirror reported that Kyle set up a media company to 'safeguard his future' as he feared that he would 'end up with nothing'.
'Working on Jeremy Kyle made me so uneasy it put me off working in TV for good'
Kyle's new company, Hales Media Limited, was registered on Tuesday and gives Kyle's nanny-turned-fiancee Victoria Burton, 35, a stake in the company.
And Mail Online have reported that this move could now bring in millions after ITV decided to scrap the show for good.

The Mirror reported how Kyle was reportedly 'afraid of being made a scapegoat' in the fallout following the death announcement and looked to secure his financial future by setting up his new business.

In a statement she said: "Given the gravity of recent events we have decided to end production of The Jeremy Kyle Show.

"Everyone at ITV's thoughts and sympathies are with the family and friend of Steve Dymond."
Mr Dymond had agreed to go on the programme to clear his name after his fiancée, Jane Callaghan, accused him of cheating, but was told he had failed the lie detector test.
His son, Carl Woolley, 39, has said he rang his father after filming and he told him the host "really laid into me".
Speaking to The Daily Mail , Mr Woolley said: "I called after he got home from filming the episode.
"He was distraught over the break-up of the relationship. He had gone on the show solely to clear his name (about allegedly cheating on Ms Callaghan) but he said it had gone wrong because of the lie detector test."

Referring to his father by his first name, Mr Woolley said: "Steve told me 'Kyle really laid into me'. Presumably that was at the point when they announced the lie detector result."
ITV have also removed all episodes of Jeremy Kyle from catch-up service ITV hub.
