Jeremy Kyle is reportedly set to get a "£3 million pay-off after setting up a media company just hours before the news of Steve Dymond's death was revealed.
The TV host is said to be 'devastated' following the death of the former guest and the subsequent axing of his ITV show.
The Mirror has exclusively revealed that Kyle registered his media company shortly before it was announced that Mr Dymond, 63, had died just days after failing a lie detector test on his eponymous show.
We reported that Kyle set up a media company to 'safeguard his future' as he feared that he would 'end up with nothing'.
Kyle's new company, Hales Media Limited, was registered on Tuesday and gives Kyle's nanny-turned-fiancee Victoria Burton, 35, a stake in the company.

Mail Online have reported that this move could now bring in millions after ITV decided to scrap the show for good.
Kyle was reportedly 'afraid of being made a scapegoat' in the fallout following the death announcement and looked to secure his financial future by setting up his new business.
Yesterday ITV network chief Carolyn McCall pulled the plug on the show, admitting it was ‘the right time’ for the axe to fall.

She said: "Given the gravity of recent events we have decided to end production of The Jeremy Kyle Show."
Damian Collins, who chairs the Commons digital, culture, media and sport committee, spoke out about ITV's decision and said that this "should not be the end of the matter" as he ordered a review into the care provided on reality shows.
He said: "Programmes like The Jeremy Kyle Show risk putting people who might be vulnerable on to a public stage at a point in their lives when they are unable to foresee the consequences, either for themselves or their families."

The broadcaster in return said: "ITV takes our responsibilities very seriously and has duty of care measures in place for participants in all of our programmes.
"We welcome the Select Committee’s announcement and ITV will be fully engaged in their inquiry."
