And just like his guests – who are usually all at sea as they discuss their problems on his show – TV presenter Jeremy hit the water with fiancée Vicky Burton, family and friends while on a break in Barbados.
Jeremy, 53, who is expected to wed Vicky, 37, later this year, also enjoyed a cuddle with his new granddaughter Isla during his cruise on a Caribbean yacht.
Meanwhile, on a new episode of his show, the star tearfully confessed that it was his TV colleague Graham who helped him cope with his divorce.
In fact, Jeremy revealed that the show psychologist "saved his life" .

The telly host moved in with Graham after his marriage of 13 years to Carla Germaine broke down.
Jeremy and his model ex-wife got a "quickie" divorce in 2016 after a judge ruled that the marriage broke down due to his unreasonable behaviour.
At the time, she had also claimed that she found him intolerable to live with.
This is despite claims Carla was having an affair with another man.

And in a Q&A, Jeremy was asked whether he and Graham had ever argued - and they both said they had.
Graham quipped: "I don't think we argument, I think I told you off."
But Jeremy became emotional as he said: "When I got a divorce I lived with this man and he saved my life."
