Boris Johnson has been caught out again.
When I revealed the Conservatives were covering up their secret meetings with the Americans over plans to sell off parts of our NHS and hike drugs prices, he called it an “absolute invention”.
Well, guess what? It wasn’t.
And we proved it wasn’t by producing the records of those meetings in full. So, it was little surprise when we did that to see the Tory-supporting press trying to discredit them and blame... wait for it... the Russians.
What a load of nonsense.
What we now know is that the UK and US governments held a series of meetings where they discussed opening up our public services, including the NHS, to big American corporations.

We also know that Johnson’s sell-out Brexit deal could lead to £500 million a week being drained from our NHS to big drugs companies.
When Donald Trump landed in Britain earlier this week he tried to claim he didn’t know what we were talking about.
Unfortunately for him, millions have seen the TV footage where he says the NHS will be “on the table” in any trade talks.
Now what possible motive could Trump have for getting Boris Johnson back into Number 10?
Trump is famous for saying one thing, then doing the complete opposite without batting an eyelid.
He’ll do anything to reinstall his man as Prime Minister and get his hands on our precious health service.
Well, I’ve got a message for the unholy Johnson-Trump alliance: our NHS is not for sale.
