Jeremie Frimpong in stitches as Celtic skipper Scott Brown reveals his one weakness

Scott Brown had Jeremie Frimpong in stitches after Celtic's 4-0 thrashing of Livingston.

The young full-back was the star of the show once again as he picked up a man of the match award for his impressive display against Livi.

And the Celtic skipper was full of praise for his team-mate but couldn't resist to crack a joke as he labelled his shooting as 'pathetic'.

The 18-year-old burst out laughing in the middle of the interview as Brown kept a serious face, before the Hoops captain handed him the champagne.

He told Celtic TV: "Yeah he's been fantastic since he's came in. All the lads buzz off him in the changing room as well.

"He's a great wee lad, but his shooting is pathetic.

"But everything else about his game has been incredible. The energy he brings, the pace going down the line is brilliant and his composure for being so young."

Neil Lennon also raved about Frimpong's performance as goals from Brown, Odsonne Edouard and James Forrest double helped the champions secure all three points at Parkhead.

He said: "For a player of that age and that inexperience he's come in here and hit the ground running really well. He was outstanding today.

"I've not seen many better performances in my time. As a right-back the chances he created, the goals he could have scored, the recovery runs - everything about his game today was of a really high quality.

"He's made the team better and that's a big compliment I can pay him."
