‘Jeopardy’ star James Holzhauer fell just short of breaking his own ridiculous record

James Holzhauer was back doing his thing on ‘Jeopardy’ on Monday, so if you haven’t watched yet you might want to get out of here.

Because I’m about to break down what happened in his 28th show.

OK, you gone? Because here comes some spoilers.

Holzhauer won yet again, collecting a ridiculous $130,022 which was just shy of the $131,127 record he set in April for the most money won in a single show.

His 28-day total is now $2,195,557, bringing him even closer to Ken Jennings’ record ($2,520,700) for most money won in regular-season play.

Monday’s win might have been the most dominant win during his time on the show. Because look at the final numbers:

Yikes.

Oh yeah, and he wagered $58K on Final Jeopardy, which he got with no problem. $58k!

He also gave a nice shout out to the Stanley Cup Final but the way he spelled his name:
