‘Jeopardy’ fans ripped James Holzhauer for how he said Dr. Dre’s name but here’s why he did it

James Holzhauer rolled to his 27th win on Jeopardy on Friday, as he finished with $74,400 to bring his total over the $2 million mark at $2,065,535.

This came a day after he faced one of his stiffest tests yet.

And while Holzhauer picked up the victory with ease, many had something to say about how he pronounced Dr. Dre’s name and why judges accepted the way he said it.

While some fans were upset with it, Holzhauer was apparently doing a call back to a anecdote he shared on the episode that aired on April 22.
