‘Jeopardy!’ champion breaks his own single-day record with a perfect game

James Holzhauer keeps doing unheard of things on Jeopardy! from an earnings perspective.

In Wednesday night’s win for the professional sports gambler from Las Vegas — his 10th straight — he won $131,127, which smashed his own single-day record that he set just last week at $110,914.

What’s more: He nailed the answer to all 41 responses he provided, the Jeopardy! equivalent of a perfect game.

Holzhauer is still second on the all-time money list behind Ken Jennings ($2,520,700), but if he continues destroying opponents, he could reach No. 1 faster by continuing to win over $100,000 per game, mostly thanks to humongous risks on Daily Doubles and Final Jeopardy.

He had $71,114 by Final Jeopardy and answered correctly after betting $60,013. Unbelievable!
