In the image she relaxes on the front of a luxury boat as she makes her famously curvy bum the centre of attention while she looks out to sea.
Her sexy snap comes just weeks after the glam mum-of-two celebrated her 50th birthday.
J-Lo captioned the post: "Love summertime #julybaby #leoseason."
Her fans rushed to leave gushing comments on the steamy snap.

Jen celebrated her 50th birthday in style last month with a wild bash at Gloria and Emilio Estefan's Star Island Miami home.
The lavish do was thrown in her honour by PrettyLittleThing owner Umar Kamani, with a whole host of A-list faces in attendance.
The mum-of-two cosied up to her fourth husband-to-be Alex Rodriguez, who had treated her to a $140,000 Porsche as a gift.
Guests including Ashanti and DJ Khaled all joined in on the fun as Jennifer performed a surprise duet with rapper Fat Joe who had been brought in to DJ the festivities.
Jennifer's ex-husband Marc Anthony was in attendance along with their 11-year-old twins Max and Emme.
Alex's own daughters Ella, 11, and Natasha, 14, who he shares with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis, were also pictured inside enjoying their step-mum's birthday celebrations.
