This Morning hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby have revealed the secret behind Jennifer Lopez looking so good at 50.
The presenters said there was a backstage commotion when J.Lo's team made a very specific request for the superstar singer ahead of her arrival for an interview with the ITV1 morning show .
Phil and Holly say they asked for a cookie warmed to the perfect temperature for 'Jenny from the Block', served with a cold glass of milk.
Phil said: "One secret that J.Lo didn’t mention was her love for milk and cookies."
Holly added: "More specifically a cookie warmed to the perfect temperature with a glass of full fat milk, cold."
Phillip revealed: "So that's what J.Lo's team insisted that we had awaiting for her upon her arrival and there was quite a commotion when they worried the cookie wasn’t quite the right temperature.
"So if you want Jennifer’s real secret to looking fabulous at 50, this is it."
The presenters discussed the moment with their own milk and cookies on set.
"It's gooey and I'm not complaining," confessed Holly as they tucked into their snacks.
But Phil, from Oldham, jokingly turned into a diva as he complained that his milk was hot.
He said: "She has ordinary milk and for some strange reason I’ve got hot milk. And I can’t do hot milk. this is filthy. I can’t be doing that."
The hitmaker, movie star and fashion icon dished out her style tips and advice for staying youthful on This Morning.
She said she works out three or four times a week for an hour and tries to get good sleep.
"It's not always easy," said the Love Don't Cost A Thing singer.
"I do a lot of things. I have kids. I’m in a relationship. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed and juggling all the things we're doing but I think I’m doing okay."
