Jennifer Lopez has finally responded to allegations her beau Alex Rodriguez cheated on her.
The Second Act actress, who was surprised with a stunning proposal from the baseball player during a trip to the Bahamas earlier this year, hit back at Jose Canesco’s claims that Rodriguez had an affair with Canesco’s ex-wife Jessica.
Jose previously branded Rodriguez a “piece of s***” and claimed Lopez has “no idea who [Rodriguez] really is”.
Jessica later responded to the allegations, clarifying that she has been friends, and nothing more, with the baseball player for several years.
J-Lo has now weighed-in on the allegations saying that she “knows the truth”.
Speaking on The Breakfast Club, Lopez explained: “It doesn't matter, I know what the truth is, I know who he is, he knows who I am, we're not - we're just happy.
“We're not going to let, like, other people come out and tell us what our relationship is, I know what our relationship is.”
Earlier this week Lopez told how the pair have been deliberating over which day they would like to secure to tie the knot.
She explained that they are unsure whether it would be better to “squeeze in” the ceremony or allow longer time to plan the event.
Speaking on KTU's Cubby and Carolina In The Morning, Lopez said: “We haven't started planning yet, you know, we just got engaged, and then right afterwards we started working right away and we're working the rest of the year so I don't know, I don't know what's going to happen.
“We haven't decided if we're going to squeeze it in somewhere or if we're going to wait so you know. I really don't know yet.”
The comments come just a month after Rodriguez got down on one knee on the beach, during the couple’s romantic getaway, to ask for Lopez’s hand.
The songstress shared the magical moment on social media, with one shot notably showing her shocked expression and an ocean backdrop.
